CNR invita a regantes de Atacama a presentar sus proyectos a nuevo concurso por $1.500 millones orientado a obras civiles
Como parte de sus compromisos, la Comisión Nacional de Riego (CNR) mantiene su enfoque hacia la eficiencia en la gestión del recurso hídrico, especialmente en aquellas zonas afectadas desde hace más de una década por el déficit hídrico. Por ello, invita a los agricultores del Norte Chico a presentar sus iniciativas al “Concurso de obras civiles para las regiones Atacama y Coquimbo” de la Ley Nº18.450, que dispone de un total de $1.500 millones.
En relación a este concurso, el Coordinador Zonal Norte Chico de la CNR, Felipe Ventura, destacó que “es importante que este tipo de concursos se mantengan en el tiempo, ya que como oficina zonal hemos gestionado y solicitado estos recursos para ambas regiones. En este sentido, este tiene por objetivo adjudicar los recursos de la Ley de Riego a proyectos de revestimiento o entubamiento de canales, y la gestión de recursos hídricos. En total, esta convocatoria contempla $1.500 millones, de los cuales $1.000 millones fueron destinados a la región de Coquimbo, y $500 millones para Atacama. De esta manera, la CNR apunta a asegurar la participación de los pequeños canales, por lo que los invitamos a presentar sus iniciativas”.
Por su parte, el Seremi de Agricultura de la región de Atacama, Patricio Araya, señaló que “es muy importante este nuevo concurso que realiza el Ministerio de Agricultura a través de la Comisión Nacional de Riego, dirigido a bonificar proyectos de obras de civiles presentados por comunidades y Organizaciones de Usuarios de Agua. En total son $500 millones para la región de Atacama, de los cuales $250 millones para proyectos con un caudal de hasta 250 litros por segundo, y los otros $250 millones para proyectos que posean un caudal sobre los 200 litros por segundo. Es importante este llamado que permite mejorar y gestionar la disponibilidad hídrica en esta región. Invitamos a los regantes y a sus organizaciones para que presenten sus iniciativas a este nuevo llamado”.
Esta convocatoria está dirigida a bonificar proyectos de revestimiento y/o entubamiento de canales; y gestión de recursos hídricos, es decir, obras de distribución nuevas, existentes o de reemplazo que incorporan motorización, automatización, y/o telemetría, y otras obras civiles, tales como bocatomas, compuertas, marcos partidores, sifones y canoas, entre otras, presentadas por Comunidades Agrícolas, Comunidades Indígenas y Asociaciones Indígenas, Organizaciones de Pequeños Usuarios de INDAP, Organizaciones de Pequeños Usuarios y Organizaciones de Usuarios, constituidas o en vías de constitución.
Las postulaciones deben realizarse únicamente en forma electrónica, a través de la página www.cnr.gob.cl , hasta las 23:59 horas del 22 de febrero de 2021.
