Cinco evadidos de la justicia fueron capturados por la PDI Atacama
Detectives de la Brigada de Investigación Criminal (Bicrim) de la Policía de Investigaciones de Copiapó, realizaron una serie de procedimientos que les permitió detener a cinco personas que mantenían órdenes de aprehensión vigentes.
“Con la finalidad de poder darle cumplimiento a las órdenes emanadas desde el Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó, la Bicrim Copiapó realizó las primeras diligencias que incluyeron la investigación de los domicilios de los detenidos, ya que este tipo de imputado tiene la particularidad de estar poco tiempo en sus residencias. Por esta razón, se realizaron diferentes investigaciones para dar con el último paradero de estas personas, dando con la ubicación de cinco prófugos de la justicia que mantenían un amplio prontuario policial, logrando así dar cumplimiento a lo solicitado por el Juzgado. La Policía de Investigaciones continúa trabajando para poder dar con la ubicación y posterior detención de las personas que mantienen órdenes de aprehensión vigentes, con el objetivo de dar tranquilidad a la ciudadanía”, señaló el comisario Mauricio Rojas, de la Bicrim Copiapó.
Los detenidos, cuatro hombres y una mujer, todos mayores de edad, presentaban órdenes de aprehensión vigentes por los delitos de conducción en estado de ebriedad, amenazas simples, daños simples, y dos por conducción de vehículo durante sanción impuesta.
Tras sus detenciones, los imputados fueron puestos a disposición de la justicia, debido a sus causas pendientes ante el Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó.
