Chilenos en los primeros lugares en el Dakar 2021
Una positiva jornada tuvieron los pilotos chilenos en la segunda etapa del Rally Dakar, el cual se está disputando en Arabia Saudita.
En las motos, Pablo Quintanilla terminó la prueba en el tercer lugar (cronometrando 4h 23′ 58″), terminando a 6′ 02” del piloto español, Joan Barreda, quien ganó la etapa. Con este resultado, el chileno alcanzó la cuarta posición en la tabla general con un tiempo acumulado de 8h 22′ 54″.
El protagonista en motos fue José Ignacio Cornejo, que terminó en la quinta posición de la etapa con un tiempo de 4h 30′ 02”.
Finalmente, Giovanni Enrico tuvo un excelente desempeño en quads, terminando la prueba en la segunda ubicación, manteniéndose en el segundo lugar de la tabla general con 10h 09′ 57″.
Hoy martes continuará el rally más duro del mundo, donde se disputará la tercera etapa en Wadi Ad-Dawasir.
