Un total de 15 cupos para la formación y certificación de guardias de seguridad con licencia OS10 generó la empresa Warner SPA, con el apoyo de la OMIL de Copiapó, programa ejecutado bajo la modalidad de pre contrato y franquicia tributaria, por medio del Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (SENCE).
Fueron doce inscritos, en su mayoría mujeres, quienes completaron el curso, con un 100% de asistencia, recibiendo de parte de la OTEC ETYCA el certificado que los habilita para ejercer como guardias en diversos rubros y sectores productivos.
Gladys Paola Cortés, seremi del Trabajo y Previsión Social, destacó el aporte de la empresa, al facilitar espacios de capacitación que permiten, a su vez, la incorporación de mano de obra local, por medio de franquicia tributaria. “Como gobierno, estamos muy preocupados del desempleo femenino en Atacama y hemos sido mandatados por el Presidente Gabriel Boric de generar sinergias entre los sectores público y privado para resolver esta brecha. Agradecemos enormemente esta gestión de Warner SPA y sobre todo la oportunidad que ahora van a dar a quienes terminaron el curso, de poder postular a la empresa e integrarse como guardias en las faenas y comercios donde prestan servicios, es una señal clara de querer apoyar a la región y a las personas”, afirmó.
Gloria Olivares, beneficiaria de la capacitación gratuita y ahora guardia certificada OS10 agradeció en nombre de sus compañeras la instancia y dio a conocer los contenidos que abarcó el curso. “Vimos primeros auxilios, administración de seguridad y enlaces comunicacionales. Además, tuvimos prácticas de defensa personal. Espero seguir creciendo como persona y como guardia. Recibí mucho apoyo de mi familia, los niños ya están grandes y yo quería seguir abriéndome camino hacia el futuro”.
Si bien, la figura del pre contrato no obliga a la empresa patrocinante a generar un vínculo laboral posterior con el beneficiario de la capacitación, Jamie Oyanedel, gerente de Warner SPA, señaló que iniciarán un proceso de reclutamiento para quienes completaron el programa. “Nosotros ofrecemos servicios enfocados a la minería, la industrial, el comercio, empresas públicas y privadas.
