Canal 13 es sentenciado a pagar M 25 $ por uso de cámara oculta
Canal 13 fue sentenciado a pagar una indemnización de 25 millones de pesos por los perjuicios causados a un comerciante de Puente Alto, tras difundir imágenes grabadas con cámara oculta sin la autorización de las víctimas que incluían a un adolescente y a su madre a través del programa “En su propia trampa” que era transmitido hace siete años.
La Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago falló a favor de la sentencia impugnada, dictada por el 29° Juzgado Civil que acogió la demanda, luego de pasar de pasar cinco años de tramitación, a pesar de que los votos estuvieron divididos en la Sexta Sala del tribunal de alzada capitalino.
“La resolución confirmó la sentencia apelada de fecha 11 de julio de 2018 (…) con declaración que la indemnización de perjuicios que se condena pagar a Canal 13 S.A. a la demandante por concepto de daño moral, lo es más reajustes conforme al alza del Índice de Precios al Consumidor que se devenguen a contar de la fecha en que esta sentencia quede ejecutoriada y hasta la de su pago efectivo y que dicha suma así reajustada devengará además intereses corrientes para operaciones reajustables los que se contabilizarán desde que el deudor sea constituido en mora”, indica la sentencia.
