BONO DE ALIVIO PARA MICRO Y PEQUEÑAS EMPRESAS (MYPES)

El pasado 11 de junio de 2021 el Presidente Sebastián Piñera promulgó la ley que permite otorgar bonos de cargo fiscal para ir en ayuda de más de 820 mil micro y pequeñas empresas (Mypes) que han sido afectadas por la pandemia del Covid-19.
Dentro de la cual, destaca el Bono de Alivio de $1.000.000 que beneficiará a aquellas micro y pequeñas empresas (naturales o jurídicas) que hayan iniciado actividades en primera categoría hasta el 31 de marzo de 2020 y que sus ingresos no superen las 25.000 UF de venta durante el año calendario 2020.
Para recibir el Bono de Alivio será suficiente cumplir al menos una de las siguientes condiciones: contar con al menos un trabajador contratado durante el año 2020 o que haya declarado ingresos por ventas al menos dos meses en 2020 o 2021 (continuos o discontinuos).
En el caso de los rubros más golpeados por la pandemia, como es el caso de la gastronomía, eventos, cultura, servicios de turismo, belleza y peluquerías, gimnasios, transporte escolar y jardín infantil, los requisitos anteriormente mencionados no serán necesarios.
En cuanto a las Ferias Libres, nuestro Ministro de Economía solicitó un pronunciamiento a la Contraloría General de la República (CGR), con el fin de poder resolver la situación respecto de los feriantes y resguardar el actuar del Servicio de Impuestos Internos. En dicho dictamen que fue emanado por la CGR se resolvió que el único requisito establecido para el referido rubro de ferias libres es tener su permiso municipal al día. Lo que en consecuencia, nos permitirá beneficiar a miles de feriantes de nuestro país.
Ahora bien, las micro y pequeñas empresas, además de los rubros más golpeados por la pandemia, podrán solicitar el Bono de Alivio a partir del 02 de julio de 2021 en la página www.sii.cl. En el caso del Beneficio del Bono Adicional Variable y Bono para el pago de las Cotizaciones, ambos, podrán ser solicitados a partir del 16 de julio de 2021.
Estamos conscientes y sumamente comprometidos con las grandes prioridades de nuestro país y estos momentos siguen requiriendo que trabajemos unidos y dejando de lado las diferencias para combatir y superar la pandemia, recuperar los empleos perdidos y poner en plena marcha nuestra economía, además de proteger y apoyar a las Pymes que son el motor de Chile.
