La debilidad del mercado laboral está comenzando a reflejarse en las remuneraciones. Así se desprende de la última versión de la “Guía Salarial 2020”, elaborada por Show Me The Money, la cual mostró un deterioro de los salarios en la mayor parte de las áreas evaluadas.
“Considerando el contexto nacional, estamos proyectando una caída importante en los salarios, producto de los últimos acontecimientos en el país y el escenario de incertidumbre que se genera debido a la inestabilidad”, explica José Antonio Gatica, General Manager de Show Me The Money.
Los datos entregados hablan de un menor de un desempeño de las compañías con respecto a lo que fue el año anterior.
“Esto ha llevado a un menor reajuste salarial en gran parte de los sectores. Si a esto le sumamos un aumento de profesionales disponibles en el mercado, producto de los ajustes de estructura que han realizado las compañías en los últimos 2 años, resulta en que los salarios ofrecidos sean inferiores al periodo anterior”, afirma Gatica.
Esta tendencia a la baja de los salarios, se ve reflejada mayoritariamente en cargos de la base de la pirámide (profesionales junior y analistas) de las distintas áreas y las jefaturas de RRHH e Ingeniería especialmente. Así, si en el 2018 un jefe de reclutamiento y selección en una gran empresa podía percibir $ 3.900.000 promedio, en este ejercicio pasó a $ 2.648.554.
De las seis áreas estudiadas -finanzas, recursos humanos, marketing, TI, operaciones y C Level-, en cinco de ellas se ven caídas en los sueldos promedio. Por ejemplo, en finanzas, si en 2018 un analista de contabilidad en una mediana empresa podía recibir un ingreso líquido de $ 1.100.000, dicho monto cayó a $ 1.078.648 líquidos.
El área de TI es la única que ha visto aumentar los salarios. “Esto se explica por la activación de proyectos de transformación digital, principalmente en la parte de digitalización, considerada como la etapa inicial de estos procesos”, enfatiza el General Manager de Show Me The Money.
Por su parte, Michelle Cascardo, consultora senior división TI de DNA Human Capital, precisa que el fenómeno se debe a que la tecnología es cada vez más asequible, lo que anima a las empresas a implementarlas rápidamente. “A esta altura del año vemos cómo se intensifica la búsqueda de profesionales del sector. Las compañías se preparan para partir el año con los nuevos equipos configurados y algunas ven que aún tienen ‘espacio’ en su presupuesto para implementar algunos proyectos, para los cuales necesitan contratar profesionales que los desarrollen”, concluye.
