Coyhaique: Dueño de hostería fue detenido por disparar a cliente por deuda impaga
Una cuenta impaga fue el detonante para que el dueño de una hostería en Coyhaique le disparara a un cliente, dejándolo herido de gravedad y sin prestarle los primeros auxilios.
Tras el disparo, el dueño del recinto dejó al hombre herido en calle Errázuriz, siendo auxiliado por transeúntes que pasaron por el lugar e internado de emergencia en el Hospital Regional de Coyhaique por una lesión en la zona del tórax.
Producto de esta agresión, Carabineros detuvo al sujeto como presunto autor de homicidio frustrado.
«Solo la víctima tiene lesiones, no el imputado. En este caso, con la lesión en la región del tórax que tiene la víctima, podría haber fallecido de no tener una ayuda a tiempo», señaló la fiscal María Inés Núñez.
Además, señaló que la víctima se está recuperando del disparo y que le corroboró que la pelea se generó por una cuenta impaga.
El Juzgado de Garantía de la zona accedió a la solicitud del Ministerio Público de ampliar el plazo de detención del dueño de la hostería hasta hoy.
