5 imputados fueron formalizados por delito de robo con intimidación
Cinco imputados fueron formalizados por la Fiscalía de Atacama y deberán cumplir con la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, por su participación en un delito de robo con intimidación y receptación de especies. Delito que se cometió en Copiapó.
De acuerdo a los antecedentes de esta causa, aportados en audiencia por el fiscal adjunto de Vallenar, Luis Zepeda Rodríguez, los cinco imputados sometidos a formalización, todos de nacionalidad extranjera, fueron detenidos en Vallenar a bordo de un vehículo que había sido robado horas antes en la capital regional, ocasión en que abordaron al conductor en la vía pública a quien tomaron del cuello obligándolo a entregar el móvil.
“Luego de las diligencias ordenadas por la Fiscalía, los cinco imputados fueron detenidos por Carabineros y formalizados. Tres de ellos por su participación en el delito de robo con intimidación, en tanto que los otros dos por el ilícito de receptación”, indicó el fiscal.
En la audiencia la Fiscalía argumentó los antecedentes de la causa y obtuvo la cautelar de prisión preventiva de todos los imputados, tres de ellos por peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad al tener participación en el robo. En tanto, los dos detenidos que serán investigados por la receptación del vehículo quedaron privados de libertad por peligro de fuga.
El fiscal Luis Zepeda agregó que todos los antecedentes de esta investigación serán remitidos a la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, ciudad en que se cometió el delito. En tanto, el Tribunal fijo un plazo de 90 días para el término de la diligencias indagatorias del caso.
