Superintendencia de Pensiones instruye a AFPs procedimiento para entregar el 10 por ciento

Luego que ayer se aprobaran los cambios que propuso el Senado al proyecto que permite el retiro excepcional del 10% de los ahorros previsionales, que permite que ya sea promulgado, la Superintendencia de Pensiones instruyó a las AFP el procedimiento para que se entreguen los montos a los afiliados que lo soliciten.

Mediante un documento, la entidad especificó que el 50% de los recursos deberán entregarse en un máximo de 10 días hábiles desde la fecha de la presentación de la solicitud, mientras que el 50% restante en un máximo de 30 días hábiles desde la fecha de pago del primer retiro. Cada pago tendrá un límite de 75 UF.

Además, se detalló que “los fondos retirados no constituyen renta o remuneración para ningún efecto legal y, en consecuencia, no estarán afectos a comisiones o descuento alguno por parte de las administradoras y las instituciones financieras”.

A ello añade que las AFP “deberán proveer información clara y oportuna a los afiliados sobre el retiro de fondos y su adecuada implementación”. Por lo cual deberán disponer de un banner, sitio web o plataforma “con el contenido de la reforma constitucional, cómo efectuar el retiro de la cuenta individual y los impactos asociados, así como resolver las consultas y reclamos”.

En esa misma línea, se explica que se deberán realizar campañas de información a través de medios de comunicación donde se inste a que “los afiliados privilegien los canales remotos tanto para la solicitud, como para el pago, e informando que el retiro se puede efectuar durante los 365 días siguientes a la publicación de la reforma constitucional en el Diario Oficial”.

A su vez, la Superintendencia de Pensiones indica que estos puntos fueron entregados a las administradoras mediante dos oficios, y que las AFP tendrán hasta el 28 de julio para entregar comentarios al respecto.
