Subsidio al Empleo en Atacama: 4.126 trabajadores han hecho uso del beneficio en 5 meses

*En casi cinco meses desde su apertura, cerca de 6 mil postulaciones han sido enviadas para hacer uso del Subsidio al Empleo en la Región de Atacama, en estadísticas del Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (Sence).

Según el más reciente reporte, en cinco meses cerca de 6 mil solicitudes han sido recepcionadas para hacer uso del subsidio al Empleo en sus dos líneas: regresa y contrata, para que trabajadores reciban el aporte estatal que puede llegar hasta los $270 mil.

De los cuales, en Atacama 4.126 trabajadores han hecho uso de esta ayuda de Gobierno: 3.619 trabajadores se han visto beneficiados con la línea protege y 507 con la línea regresa.

La Seremi (S) del Trabajo y Previsión Social de Atacama, Pamela Orellana, explicó que “los 4.126 trabajadores y trabajadoras beneficiadas con el subsidio al empleo dan cuenta que es una política pública que está ayudando a la recuperación de la actividad en la zona y el país. El llamado es a que los empleadores que requieran contratar o regresar trabajadores, ingresen sus solicitudes antes del 31 de marzo. Recordemos que el subsidio tiene una duración de hasta seis meses desde el momento de adjudicárselo”, recalcó la autoridad laboral.

Por su parte, el Director regional de Sence Atacama, explicó que producto de la crisis sanitaria “los planes de subsidios para el empleo han sido instrumentos atingentes a la situación que se ha visto en el mercado del trabajo. Además, se ha agregado una tercera, la línea protege, para madres y tutores legales trabajadores de niños y niñas menores de dos años

En resultados generales, a nivel país, el 24% corresponde a trabajadores postulados al subsidio Regresa y el 76% al Contrata. La remuneración promedio en el caso del primero es de $$505.910, mientras que de $437.427 en el del segundo.
