Sexto trabajador de la Salud muerto a causa del Covid-19
Este sábado, durante la entrega del balance diario de la propagación del Covid-19 en Chile, el Ministerio de Salud confirmó la sexta muerte de un trabajador del área a causa de la pandemia.
La información fue detallada por la subsecretaria Paula Daza.
“Queremos lamentar el fallecimiento de una trabajadora de la salud, María Cecilia Costa Barrios, del centro de salud familiar Eduardo Frei”, dijo.
Daza indicó que se trata del sexto deceso que afecta a personal del área de la salud.
Seguidamente, la autoridad expresó sus condolencias a la familia de María Cecilia Costa.
Esta semana el Covid-19 cobró también la vida de Juvenal Campos (69), quien se desempeñaba como guardia en el Cesfam Gabriela Mistral de la comuna de San Ramón.
