Servel: «Quedó gente sin votar, pero que llegó después de las 18:00 horas»
Andrés Tagle se refirió al conflicto por el cierre de mesas y locales registrado en la víspera en varias comunas.
El Servicio Electoral realizó esta jornada un balance de las elecciones presidenciales, parlamentarias y de consejeros regionales del domingo, donde se refirieron al cierre de mesas establecido para las 18:00 horas que desató reclamos de electores que, a esas horas, hacían fila en varios locales de votación.
En la oportunidad, el Servel aseguró que «posterior a las 18:00 horas, si aún locales de votación cuentan con filas al interior o exterior del local, las mesas de sufragio no podrán cerrar».
Sin embargo el presidente del organismo, Andrés Tagle, afirmó que considera «que sí quedó gente sin votar pero que llegó después de las 18 horas», enfatizando que «en los locales se permitió el ingreso de electores que estaban esperando sufragar dentro y fuera de los locales».
