Seremi de Salud respecto de Caldera: “Sabemos que no es fácil volver a fase de Transición luego de haber logrado el avance hasta la fase de Apertura”

En el último balance de Covid-19, el Ministerio de Salud anunció el retroceso de la comuna de Caldera a fase de Transición en el Plan Paso a Paso, cambio que comenzará a regir a partir del próximo miércoles 1 de septiembre a las 05:00 horas.

“Sabemos que no es fácil volver a fase de Transición luego de haber logrado el avance hasta la fase de Apertura, por lo mismo, es de suma importancia que la ciudadanía entienda que el autocuidado es clave en esta crisis sanitaria. Cada persona debe poner de su parte para salir de esta pandemia juntos; la responsabilidad parte en cada uno de los hogares. En este sentido, como Gobierno redoblaremos los esfuerzos y seguiremos trabajando para que la comuna de Caldera pueda avanzar nuevamente en el Plan Paso a Paso”, señaló la Seremi de Salud de Atacama, Claudia Valle.

Además, la autoridad sanitaria reiteró el llamado a las personas para que se acerquen a los puntos de vacunación que se han habilitado en la región, tanto para dosis de refuerzo como para primeras y segundas dosis contra el Covid -19.

“Actualmente Atacama registra un 94,6% de cobertura con primera dosis, lo que equivale a 217.877 personas, y un 87,3% con segundas dosis, que corresponde a 200.673 personas, mientras que en dosis de refuerzo se ha alcanzado un total de 21.634 personas vacunadas. Es importante que la población participe en este proceso histórico para el país, que si bien la vacuna no evita que nos contagiemos, si previene el tener que usar camas críticas por la gravedad de la enfermedad”, indicó Valle.

Finalmente, la Seremi de Salud, Claudia Valle, manifestó que “en cuanto al retroceso de la comuna de Caldera, significa que los fines de semana se mantendrá en cuarentena, por lo que sólo se puede salir con un permiso individual de Comisaría Virtual o con el Pase de Movilidad. Con respecto a las reuniones sociales, se podrán realizar con aforo de 5 personas y máximo 10 personas en caso de que todos cuenten con Pase de Movilidad, pero solo de lunes a viernes, y para que podamos avanzar es importante continuar con las medidas de autocuidado como el uso de la mascarilla, uso del alcohol gel y el distanciamiento físico”.
