Putin declara ley marcial en las cuatro regiones ucranianas anexadas
El presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, decretó este miércoles la ley marcial en las regiones ucranianas de Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporiyia y Jersón, los cuatro territorios que Rusia reivindica como propios tras los referéndums fraudulentos celebrados en septiembre.
Putin anunció el decreto en una reunión del Consejo de Seguridad, afirmando que se limita a formalizar una situación que ya existe ‘de facto’. Ahora, el texto queda sujeto a la aprobación de las dos cámaras del Parlamento ruso, un mero trámite.
El presidente ruso acusó al Gobierno de Ucrania de no reconocer la expresión democrática de los ciudadanos de las cuatro regiones y de negarse a negociar. “Continúan los bombardeos. Los civiles están muriendo”, lamentó Putin, según la agencia de noticias Interfax.
Según el decreto, la ley marcial entrará en vigor este jueves en las cuatro regiones anexionadas el pasado 30 de septiembre.
Acusó a las autoridades ucranianas, a las que calificó de “cómplices de Hitler”, de recurrir a “métodos terroristas” para aterrorizar a la población de los territorios ocupados por Moscú en el este y sur de Ucrania.
Para reforzar la seguridad de los territorios anexionados, Putin decretó también la creación de unidades de defensa territorial.
