Prochile apoyó a empresario para que trabajará en la internacionalización de su producto.

(Por Frenny Kelly Granado). Pisco Jahir Saba es el nuevo destilado está dando que hablar en la ciudad de Vallenar y busca conquistar el mercado de los espirituosos con su inigualable sabor. Esta es la segunda creación del empresario más joven de Chile, quien, en una primera entrega, presentó al destilado Cumbres

Jahir Saba Carrillo suena en el país desde el 2015 cuando hizo honor a su tradición pisquera para incursionar en el mundo de la producción de licores; Más tarde -hace tres años- arrancó la construcción de una destilería en Vallenar que aún no ha sido inaugurada porque promete ser “la más grande a nivel regional”.

Ahí surgió el pisco Jahir Saba, que ya está a la venta en las regiones de Atacama y Coquimbo, además de Los Lagos y Los Ríos con un alto nivel de aceptación por los sabores que producen el elemento principal es la uva Moscatel de Alejandría y su conservación en barriles de roble francés, con una guarda superior a tres años y con 35 grados de alcohol.

Ahora trabaja en un proyecto para levantar el primer Museo del Pisco del país en Vallenar, y para ello pretende reunir a todas las pisqueras regionales. Además, comenzó a trabajar junto a Prochile para buscar internacionalizar su producto a mercados extranjeros.

El director de la oficina regional de Prochile, Juan Noemi, destacó la calidad del pisco Jahir Saba, junto con valorar el trabajo del joven empresario, quien con el apoyo de este servicio “podrá sumar toda la experiencia y conocimientos para proyectar su producto fuera del país”.

Para ello, recordó, la oficina regional entregará las herramientas y gestión para guiarlo en el camino hacia la internacionalización. “Este nuevo destilado se suma a los espirituosos de gran calidad que ofrecemos como región, y que han tenido una gran aceptación en distintos mercados del mundo, dando a conocer el nombre de Atacama”.
