Piñera visita región de Los Lagos luego de interrumpir sus vacaciones
Este jueves el presidente Sebastián Piñera visitó la región de Los Lagos, donde abordó temáticas a nivel nacional, como la situación en La Araucanía, eventuales coimas en el MOP y su acotada agenda desde el estallido social.
A principio de semana debió suspender sus vacaciones para realizar actividades en la región de La Araucanía. Según detalló, se reunió con fuerzas del orden y de seguridad para abordar la quema de maquinaria forestal registrada en la zona.
Dicha situación la calificó de “un grave problema de violencia rural y terrorismo”.
Por eso, reiteró el llamado a los parlamentarios a aprobar “el perfeccionamiento a la ley antiterrorista, porque dará mejor instrumentos y herramientas para combatir la violencia”.
