Permiso de circulación 2020 tendrá 8 puntos de pago y la opción online
*La plataforma online ya se encuentra activa, el 2 de marzo comienza el proceso presencial
(Por Rodrigo Ferrada) Las autoridades municipales de Copiapó ya preparan el inicio de lo que será el proceso de pago del permiso de circulación correspondiente al año 2020, instancia de vital importancia para la alcaldía debido a que la recaudación obtenida de estos pagos constituye un alto porcentaje del ingreso anual del erario.
Se espera que dado el gran parque vehicular copiapino, gran cantidad de personas concurran a los puntos de pagos habilitados. Y pese a que por motivos de seguridad, uno de estos tuvo que eliminarse, la Municipalidad ha desplegado la misma dotación de funcionarios para hacer el trámite más expedito, aparte de la posibilidad de efectuar el pago online, plataforma que ya se encuentra habilitada.
Así desde el 2 de marzo quienes quieran renovar su permiso podrán concurrir presencialmente a efectuar el trámite.
Al respecto, Eva Rojas, Alcaldesa (S) de Copiapó, señaló: “Invitamos a todos los habitantes de nuestra comuna a que se hagan partícipes de la compra de su permiso de circulación 2020, estamos trabajando desde la plataforma online del municipio, y a partir del 2 de marzo se hace masivo, en 8 centros donde se podrán adquirir los permisos de circulación”.
Los puntos de pago del permiso de circulación aludidos son:
El principal será el Salón Alicanto ubicado en las cercanías de la municipalidad en calle Los Concejales, la ex Casa de la Cultura, Mall Plaza, Hites, ambos Sodimac de la comuna, Jumbo y el Centro Comunitario de Paipote, además del servicio online para compra del permiso de circulación.
La Alcaldesa (s) se refirió a la habilitación de puntos de pago:
“Hemos tratado de llegar a la mayor cantidad de puntos de pago este año, aunque otros los tuvimos que cerrar, pero tenemos la misma cantidad de dotación de giradores para que la gente no tenga tanto tiempo de espera, así que los invitamos a realizar el trámite en forma rápida”, Señaló.
Además se refirió a la importancia que tiene para la comuna este proceso.
“Para el municipio, lo que se recauda por permisos de circulación es la principal fuente de ingreso, eso se retribuye hacía nosotros en un 61% del ingreso de la comuna, por lo tanto nuestra gran plaza automotriz nos permite estar dentro de los municipios que tienen más ranking respecto de la venta de permisos de circulación, esto nos permite gestionar y operar durante todo el año como municipio”
La autoridad comunal habló además sobre los nuevos recursos con que cuenta el municipio para la reparación de calles.
“Tenemos buenas noticias, este año tenemos una máquina bacheadora que nos financió el Gobierno Regional, por ello queremos seguir mejorando todo lo que son las calles y su situación actual, que también vemos que por un tema de desarrollo de trabajo se ha visto perjudicada este año la gestión de tránsito y la circulación de nosotros como habitantes de la comuna, vamos a seguir trabajando en el bacheo y también estamos presentando a fondos regionales un proyecto de mejoramiento y mantención de calles de la comuna”, indicó la Alcaldesa (s).
Por su parte la Directora de Tránsito (S) de Copiapó, Ana Arancibia, comunicó: “Para la comuna es muy importante este proceso, los puntos de pago funcionarán en horario de Retail y ya está activa nuestra plataforma online, hasta el 31 de marzo estimamos que la cantidad de permisos pagados irá sobre los 30.000, por lo tanto invitamos a la comunidad a hacer el trámite lo antes posible para evitar demoras y filas”.
