OS-7 detuvo a seis ciudadanos bolivianos que transportaban drogas impregnadas en la ropa

Más de 35 mil dosis de pasta base de cocaína, sacó de circulación Carabineros de la Sección Especializada del O.S.7 Atacama. La droga en esta ocasión era traslada por medio de un inusual sistema de transporte, jamás visto en la región de Atacama.

ANTECEDENTES:

Según los antecedentes entregados por el Jefe de la Sección, Mayor Eugenio Olea García, fue gracias a la suspicacia del Can Frodo, que se impidió el paso de este millonario cargamento cuyo avalúo supera los 70 millones de pesos y a través del cual los imputados utilizaron una novedosa técnica que hoy se está empleando por grupos de traficantes, quienes para poder cruzar las fronteras y los controles policiales, impregnan en prendas de vestir y frazadas estas sustancias ilícitas.

Indicó que “mientras realizábamos servicios implementados en el Marco de Operativos Preventivos planificados por la Unidad de Coordinación Estratégica (UCE), en esta Región, que  pudimos detener a estos seis sujetos de nacionalidad boliviana, quienes en la ciudad de Calama abordaron un bus interprovincial, el que fue controlado en la Ruta 5 Norte, altura del km. 846, de la comuna de Copiapó”.

Posteriormente y al realizar una inspección con el can detector de drogas Frodo, éste dio la alerta por intermedio de su adiestramiento, que los imputados mantenían sustancias Ilícitas establecidas en la Ley de Drogas N° 20.000, la cual no sólo estaba impregnada en prendas de vestir y frazadas, sino también mantenían dichas sustancias al interior del equipaje de mano y cuatro de ellos tenían ovoides en su cavidad abdominal.

Tras las diversas diligencias desarrolladas y posterior evacuación de los cuerpos cilíndricos (ovoides), se logró incautar la cantidad general de 11 kilos 676 gramos de pasta base, sustancia ilícita que tenía como destino final la región de Coquimbo.

Este nuevoo procedimiento del OS-/ de Carabineros se resume en: 6 detenidos. 11 kilos, 676 gramos de Base de Cocaína, equivalente a (35.028 dosis, con un avalúo de 70 millones de pesos aproximadamente). Diferentes evidencias asociadas al delito.

FISCALÍA: De los hechos acontecidos se informó a la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, instancia que instruyó que los imputados que fueron individualizados como A.P.Q, de 25 años; L.F.C, de 38 años: G.T.T de 25 años: A.F.C de 23 años, A.C.G, de 26 años y N.M.C, de 29 años,- todos de nacionalidad boliviana,- pasaran  a control de detención previa ampliación de sus detenciones  al Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó.
