OS-7 de Carabineros detuvo a cuatro personas que vendían droga en la vía pública en Copiapó

Cuatro personas, tres mujeres y un hombre, fueron detenidas a partir de diligencias desarrolladas por personal del OS-7 de Carabineros que, en coordinación con la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, concretaron diligencias a partir de antecedentes referidos a la venta de droga en esta comuna.

De acuerdo a los antecedentes del caso, con las herramientas investigativas que permite la Ley 20.000 se logró acordar la compra de droga en la vía pública con los imputados que eran sujetos a indagatorias concretando la reunión en una plazoleta ubicada en calle Belisario López de esta ciudad. Hasta este lugar llegó un vehículo particular con los cuatro ocupantes, dos de los cuales bajaron del móvil y vendieron dos estampillas de LSD al agente revelador. Momento en que ambas personas fueron detenidas.

Acto seguido se procedió a la fiscalización del vehículo, momento en que sus ocupantes se percataron de la presencia policial y se dieron a la fuga por distintas calles de la ciudad, siendo finalmente detenidos en la intersección de las calles Miguel Gallo con Isabel Riquelme.

La diligencia permitió sacar de circulación 133 gramos de marihuana, equivalente a 266 dosis de esta droga, además de 7 comprimidos de MDMA, 5 gramos de Ketamina y 3 estampillas de LSD. Quedando todos los detenidos a disposición del Juzgado de Garantía para su respectivo control de detención y formalización de cargos.
