OS-7 de Carabineros: 15 detenidos tras desarticulación de organización dedicada al tráfico de drogas
Un total de 15 personas de diversas nacionalidades fueron investigadas y detenidas por este ilícito que terminó con el allanamiento de 12 inmuebles ubicados en las comunas de Santiago, San Joaquín, Estación Central, Caldera, Tierra Amarilla y Copiapó. Además las diligencias arrojaron la incautación de drogas, vehículos y dinero en efectivo.
Tras las diligencias investigativas desarrolladas por Carabineros en conjunto con la Fiscalía Atacama de seis meses que permitió la desarticulación de una organización delictual dedicada al tráfico de clorhidrato de cocaína.
ANTECEDENTES:
Los antecedentes entregados por el Jefe de la Sección OS7 de Carabineros Atacama, mayor Eugenio Olea García, señalan que dicha organización delictual estaba compuesta por 15 ciudadanos de nacionalidades colombiana, ecuatoriana y chilena, quienes se dedicaban a la coordinación, vigilancia y traslado de clorhidrato de cocaína desde la Región Metropolitana hacia la Región de Atacama.
A través de los antecedentes recogidos por medio de variadas técnicas autorizadas en la Ley 20.000, Carabineros desarrolló esta investigación donde consignó interceptaciones telefónicas, agentes reveladores y encubiertos, seguimientos, vigilancias, análisis de datos e imágenes, entre otros, que permitieron planificar esta operación antidrogas la cual finalizó con el allanamiento de 12 inmuebles; dos ubicados en el Pasaje 8 de Villa Esperanza, uno en Avenida Los Loros, uno en Pasaje Covelina en Villa Esperanza, otro en el Pasaje 6 también en Villa Esperanza, otro en el Pasaje Nantoco, en el condominio Villa El Oasis, en Paipote, otro en Maipú; otro en el Pasaje Las Rosas en población Pedro León Gallo, todos ellos en la comuna de Copiapó. Además, en calle Manto Verde en la comuna de Tierra Amarilla; en Panamericana S/N° sector tomas, comuna de Caldera. También se allanó un domicilio ubicado en calle Coronel Souper, en calle Franklin, en Avenida Vicuña Mackenna, en la comuna de Santiago.
DETENIDOS:
Sgregar que con la intervención y apoyo de las Secciones Atacama, El Loa y el Departamento Antidrogas O.S.7, entre el 21 al 23 de marzo se desarticuló esta organización delictual, logrando la detención de 15 imputados, ocho de ellos mujeres y siete hombres, quienes fueron identificados con las iniciales A.I.G.G., de 27 años, P.C.C.A., de 26 años, J.D.R.A., de 30 años, A.P.A.B., de 22 años, J.C.G.C., de 61 años, V.A.S.N., de 41 años, A.A.G.M., de 44 años, J.L.C.M., de 30 años, todos de nacionalidad chilena; M.Y.S.P., de 31 años, R.D.C.I., de 35 años, J.P.R.L., de 30 años, M.V.M.M., de 29 años, C.P.M.G., de 33 años, L.M.B., de 31 años, todos de nacionalidad colombiana, y G.G.C.C., de 23 años, ecuatoriano.
LA DROGA:
Respecto a la droga incautada, el mayor del O.S.7 Atacama dijo que durante el procedimiento se sacó de circulación la cantidad de 2 kilos 211 Gramos de Clorhidrato de Cocaína, 1 kilo 234 Gramos de Pasta Base de Cocaína y 1 kilo 402 Gramos de Marihuana, droga que en su totalidad asciende a 10 mil 928 dosis de droga, valorizada en 60 millones de pesos aproximadamente.
También se incautaron cinco vehículos automóviles y Station Wagon, los cuales eran utilizados para el traslado de las drogas. Del mismo modo, se incautó un arma a fogueo adaptada para el disparo y distintos medios de prueba asociados al ilícito, así como la cantidad de 4 millones536 mil pesos en moneda nacional.
