Ministro Paris destacó aumento a $8.000 per cápita para la Atención Primaria de Salud

El ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris, destacó el acuerdo alcanzado en la Comisión Mixta que despachó la Ley de Presupuesto 2021, en donde se acordó un aumento del per cápita para la Atención Primaria de Salud (APS).

“Quiero anunciar con mucha alegría, con mucha felicidad en realidad, que la Comisión Mixta de Presupuesto ha llegado a un acuerdo histórico con respecto al aumento del per cápita para la APS”.

En la misma línea, celebró que “gracias al esfuerzo del Ministerio de Hacienda y de la Dipres, y obviamente con la colaboración del parlamento, como debe ser siempre en un Estado democrático, ha acordado otorgar un per cápita de $8.000”.

El secretario de Estado aseguró que “esto es un hecho histórico, que obviamente marcará el desarrollo y la atención de los pacientes en la Atención Primaria durante el año 2021”.

Además, agradeció “la colaboración de todas las asociaciones de municipalidades y las agrupaciones de funcionarios de la salud que trabajan en la Atención Primaria”.

“Creo que esta es una señal muy positiva que ha dado el Gobierno, porque nosotros hemos dicho que hay que potenciar, ser resolutivo y reconocer el trabajo que hace la Atención Primaria”, señaló.

Finalmente, reiteró que “8.000 pesos de per cápita es una cifra inédita, es un hito histórico y por eso quiero destacarlo, agradecer nuevamente a todos los que colaboraron en esta iniciativa”.
