Más de 9 mil familias beneficiadas con el subsidio habitacional de clase media tras proceso de postulación 100% online
El proceso de postulación para el Subsidio Habitacional de Clase Media (DS01) comenzó este año en medio de la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19 y, por ello, el Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo determinó que las postulaciones a este beneficio fueran 100% online. Tal medida para evitar aglomeraciones y reducir los riesgos de contagio. Los resultados de este proceso se dieron a conocer este viernes en www.minvu.cl con la publicación de la nómina de las 9.424 familias seleccionadas a lo largo de todo el país.
El Ministro Minvu, Felipe Ward, destacó el buen desarrollo que tuvo el proceso iniciado el pasado 12 de mayo y que se llevó en plena emergencia sanitaria: “Todos los equipos del Ministerio y del Serviu, a lo largo de todo el Chile, hicieron un gran esfuerzo para sacar adelante este primer llamado nacional que tuvo una postulación 100% digital, algo totalmente inédito y que resultó completamente exitoso. Por ello, hoy podemos anunciar que más de las 9 mil familias de todo Chile fueron seleccionadas para la adjudicación de este importante beneficio que otorga el Gobierno”, expresó.
El jefe de la cartera agregó también que se está trabajando una fórmula para entregar los certificados a las familias siguiendo todos los protocolos sanitarios: “Lamentablemente, debido a la pandemia, este año no podremos tener en cada región la ´Fiesta de la Clase Media´ para entregar los certificados del subsidio a cada beneficiario. Para ello, estamos trabajando una fórmula con el objetivo de que las familias reciban su documento de la forma más segura posible”, puntualizó.
Además de la postulación digital, este llamado contó con diversas facilidades y flexibilización de sus requisitos para ayudar a las familias a postular, entre las que contaron: la eliminación de la exigencia para presentar la preaprobación del crédito hipotecario; la aceptación para presentar documentos vencidos como la cédula de identidad; y la postulación automática para quienes lo hubiesen hecho anteriormente sin ser seleccionados, entre otros.
EL DS01
Es un subsidio que permite a familias que no son dueñas de una vivienda y tienen capacidad de ahorro, acceder a una ayuda económica para comprar una casa o departamento nuevo o usado de un valor máximo de 2.200 Unidades de Fomento (UF).
Las familias cuentan con un plazo de 21 meses, prorrogables automáticamente por 18 meses más para encontrar una vivienda que se pueda adquirir con el subsidio.
EN ATACAMA
En tanto que el Seremi Minvu Pedro Ríos, destacó que el primer llamado al Subsidio Habitacional de Clase Media benefició a 155 las familias de la región de Atacama, con una inversión del Gobierno del Presidente Sebastián Piñera que supera los 1.600 millones de pesos; mientras que el Director del Serviu Atacama, Rodrigo Maturana; precisó que “de las 155 familias beneficiarias, 139 podrán adquirir una vivienda nueva o usada y 16 podrán construir una vivienda definitiva en sitio propio, con lo que mejorarán significativamente su calidad de vida”.
