IPS informa de nueva planilla para pagos de cotizaciones manuales
Durante agosto, se comenzó a entregar en sucursales ChileAtiende del Instituto de Previsión Social (IPS) la nueva Planilla Universal para Aportes de Seguridad Social, que permite a los empleadores declarar y pagar manualmente las cotizaciones de sus trabajadores y trabajadoras, y que son recaudadas en la institución.
Con el propósito de recabar mejor información y agilizar el trámite, existe un nuevo formato de planilla impresa que integra en un solo documento los 9 formularios existentes a la fecha para la declaración y/o pago de cotizaciones. Se trata de la Planilla Universal para Aportes de Seguridad Social, instrumento que cuenta con nuevos campos de llenado para disponer de antecedentes importantes para la gestión administrativa del IPS.
Si bien la nueva planilla está disponible desde agosto, el Director de IPS Atacama, Hugo Plaza Piña, explica que los empleadores podrán continuar utilizando las planillas antiguas que mantengan en stock hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021. Posterior a esta fecha, solo se podrá utilizar la Nueva Planilla Universal de Aportes de Seguridad Social, la que puede ser solicitada en cualquier sucursal ChileAtiende del IPS. La autoridad agregó que “Los empleadores que realizan el pago de las cotizaciones de forma manual encontrarán en esta nueva planilla impresa un documento más completo y amigable”.
Para consultas sobre el llenado de la nueva Planilla Universal, los empleadores pueden escribir a infonuevaplanilla@ips.gob.cl. Además existen videos tutoriales en youtube, donde se explica detalladamente cómo llenar los campos de información del nuevo formulario.
Cabe destacar que aunque los empleadores pueden realizar este trámite de manera presencial, desde el IPS recuerda a sus usuarios que el pago de cotizaciones previsionales y de salud también se puede realizar fácilmente a través de www.previred.com. Con ello, las personas ahorran tiempo y pueden declarar y pagar las cotizaciones hasta el día 13 de cada mes en forma segura y con menor probabilidad de errores.
