Esteban Bustos arrancó en el top 20 del pentatlón moderno en Tokio 2020
Esteban Bustos se transformó en el penúltimo deportista del Team Chile en debutar en los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio 2020.
El deportista de 28 años arrancó con la primera de las cinco pruebas que contempla el pentatlón moderno, la ronda de ranking en la esgrima.
En dicha instancia, Esteban Bustos mostró un buen rendimiento y sumó 18 victorias para completar 208 puntos.
Con dichos números, el pentatleta nacional quedó en el puesto 13 de la clasificación general junto a otros 7 deportistas. Los líderes son el británico Joseph Choong y el ruso Alexander Lifanov.
