En Caldera Carabineros detuvo a sujeto por receptación de vehículo
Durante los servicios preventivos y de fiscalización que realizaba el personal de Carabineros de la Subcomisaría de Caldera en el sector de Calle El Cisne intersección con Avenida Arica, cuando sorprendieron a un conductor transitando en un vehículo con encargo vigente por el delito de Receptación.
Tras las debidas acciones desarrolladas por los funcionarios, es que pudieron establecer además, que dicha persona no poseía licencia de conducir, por lo cual se le cursó la infracción respectiva y al consultar la P.P.U. del móvil arrojó mantener un encargo vigente por el delito de Robo de fecha 10 de febrero de este año, denuncia realizada en la 2da. Comisaría de Copiapó.
El Fiscal de turno instruyó concurrencia del personal S.E.B.V. y el detenido fuese puesto a disposición del 1er. Control de detención.
