Decomiso de más de 500 dosis de droga y 4 detenidos tras procedimiento de la PDI
Detectives de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado (BRIANCO) de la PDI Atacama, realizaron un procedimiento en la comuna de Copiapó, donde se lograron incautar más de 500 dosis de droga.
El operativo dio con un domicilio dedicado a la comercialización de diversos tipos de droga, teniendo dentro del inmueble un sector habilitado para el consumo. El procedimiento dejó un saldo de cuatro personas detenidas, tres de sexo masculino y una de sexo femenino, todos mayores de edad y de nacionalidad chilena.
Durante la revisión del inmueble, se incautaron 32,68 gramos de cocaína base, y 194,83 gramos de cannabis, sustancias que para su comercialización corresponden a un total de 530 dosis, de ambas drogas.
PROCEDMIENTO:
“En un trabajo coordinado con el Ministerio Público, detectives de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado Copiapó, después de recibir antecedentes que en un domicilio ubicado en calle Henríquez, se estaba realizando el delito de tráfico en pequeñas cantidades, procedieron a realizar las respectivas diligencias, coordinadas con el Ministerio Público, logrando en la noche de este lunes acceder al inmueble, mediante una orden de entrada de registro, encontrando en su interior droga en la cantidad de 194 gramos de cannabis sativa y 32 gramos de cocaína base, toda dosificada para su comercialización, además de encontrar dinero en efectivo y 20 cartuchos calibre .22 sin percutir que eran portados por una de las personas detenidas. En este procedimiento se logró la detención de cuatro personas, todas chilenas, mayores de edad, y con antecedentes policiales por detenciones anteriores”, señaló el Jefe de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado (BRIANCO) de la PDI Atacama, subprefecto Patricio Méndez.
LA FORMALIZACIÓN:
Los detenidos fueron sometidos a la audiencia de formalización de la investigación, instancia judicial en que la Fiscalía comunicó que a partir de los antecedentes reunidos serán investigados por su participación en el ilícito de microtráfico de drogas.
En la audiencia el fiscal adjunto de esta ciudad, Guillermo Zárate, obtuvo la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva en contra de tres de ellos, quienes ya contaban con antecedentes por lo que se decretó su ingreso a la cárcel de Copiapó.
