«Nuestro ejército detectó que Corea del Norte disparó un misil balístico de corto alcance, que se estima que es un SLBM, desde la zona costera de Sinpo en la provincia de Hamgyong del Sur hacia el mar del Este (nombre que recibe el mar de Japón en las dos Coreas)», explicó el Estado Mayor Conjunto (JCS) en un comunicado.
