Controles preventivos permitieron a la PDI detectar a 9 extranjeros irregulares en Copiapó

Detectives del Departamento de Migraciones y Policía Internacional de la Policía de Investigaciones de Copiapó, denunciaron a nueve personas ante el Departamento de Migración del Ministerio del Interior, como infractores al artículo 69 de la Ley de Extranjería.

Es así que, virtud a una fiscalización realizada por oficiales policiales, en distintos lugares de la comuna de Copiapó, se controló a diversas personas extranjeras de los cuales nueve se encontraban infringiendo el artículo 69° de la Ley de Extranjería que sanciona el ingreso clandestino al territorio nacional.

Conforme lo anterior, se denunció a la autoridad administrativa, a cinco ciudadanos bolivianos y cuatro venezolanos, todos por ingresar al territorio nacional a través de un paso no habilitado.
