Christiane Endler nominada al premio a mejor arquera del año de la IFFHS
La portera chilena Christiane Endler, quien milita en Olympique de Lyon, sumó una nueva distinción a su exitosa carrera y fue nominada para ser la mejor portera del 2021 en elección de la Federación Internacional de Historia y Estadísticas del Fútbol (IFFHS).
Según lo publicado en la web de la Federación, la chilena es una de las grandes favoritas al premio por sus buenas actuaciones en la Roja, con la que participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio 2020, y con su ex equipo, París Saint Germain.
También están nominadas Sandra Panos (FC Barcelona), Ann-Katrin Berger (Chelsea), Sarah Bouhaddi (Lyon-OL Reign), Sari van Veenendaal (PSV Eindhoven), Elie Roebuk (Manchester City), Aline (Tenerifa), Alyssa Naeher (Chicago RS), Stephanie Labbe (Rosengar-PSG), Teegan Micah (Melbourne-Sandviken-Rosengard), Erin Nayler (Reading), Hedvig Lindahl (Wolfsburgo-Atlético Madrid), Barbara (Kindermann) y Chiamaka Nnadozie (Paris FC).
Endler también fue incluida hace algunas semanas entre las 20 aspirantes a quedarse con el Balón de Oro femenino, lo que demuestra su buen momento a nivel mundial.
La ganadora de la distinción de la IFFHS se conocerá a fines de noviembre, junto con las otras categorías de los premios.
