Carabineros entrega recomendaciones para identificar juguetes falsificados

A través de un video en el que exhiben juguetes originales y otros falsificados, Carabineros de la sección del Laboratorio de Criminalística (Labocar), entrega algunas recomendaciones para identificarlos, además de aquellos que pueden ser nocivos para la salud de los pequeños. Esto ante la proximidad de la celebración del día del niño.

El video se difunde por las redes sociales de la institución y la idea es que llegue a toda la ciudadanía para que puedan diferenciar los juguetes falsificados que circulan en el comercio informal, ya que “a simple vista pueden pasar desapercibidos y ocasionar graves consecuencias a la salud de nuestros hijos”, dijo el jefe de Labocar Atacama, Capitán Jaime Valenzuela.

En este sentido apeló a la responsabilidad de los padres para que, al momento de comprar un juguete, verifiquen el contenedor o envoltura del artículo, ya que éste debe estar en condiciones óptimas y sellados, además de presentar claramente la empresa titular o licenciataria de su creación o fabricación, con impresión bien definida y clara, que contenga sus rotulados y manuales en idioma español y finalmente, el intervalo de edades al cual está dirigido.

Asimismo, pidió tener presente que los juguetes falsificados presentan sus terminaciones, costuras, colores y diseños de menor calidad y cantidad que los originales. No tienen rotulación ni manual de uso en español, omiten información respecto al país de origen o fabricación y rangos etarios.

Instó a la comunidad a realizar sus compras en el comercio establecido y a denunciar a las personas que vendan estos artículos falsificados, debido a que en algunas ocasiones se puede encontrar hasta la presencia de tolueno en artefactos que contengan soluciones líquidas o adhesivos.

Recordó que aquellos cuyas pinturas son brillantes, contienen altas concentraciones de plomo, mercurio o BPA, compuestos que son altamente inflamables y de gran toxicidad; por otro lado, están aquellos juguetes que contienen piezas pequeñas o que éstas puedan desprenderse de los mismos, los que pueden causar asfixias y otros daños a la salud.
