Carabineros de Chile, Armada y Fiscalia detienen a organizacion internacional que internó droga desde México a nuestro país dentro de un container
Efectivos antidrogas del OS7 de Carabineros y Directemar de la Armada lograron incautar más de mil 100 kilos de droga y detuvo a 11 sujetos extranjeros y nacionales, logrando el desbaratamiento de una organización criminal internacional, imputados por asociación ilícita, infracción Ley 20.000 y de Lavado de Activos.
ACCIONAR:
Este importante operativo y que dejaría al descubierto un embarque detectado en nuestro país de marihuana del tipo Creepy, pero de elaboración Mexicana, se logró gracias al trabajo investigativo y operativo en conjunto con el Depto. de Inteligencia de la Armada, proceso en el cual se identificaron integrantes de esta organización criminal internacional compuesta por ciudadanos dominicanos, peruano y chilenos, que internaban drogas vía marítima mediante buques mercantes a través de contenedores con fachada de carga licita- desde México, específicamente desde Puerto de Lázaro Cárdenas hacia Puerto de San Antonio, vinculada a un cártel del citado país, con destino final por ruta terrestre a la Región Metropolitana, donde sería distribuida.
El proceso investigativo sustentado en múltiples técnicas especiales de la Ley 20.000 y trabajo operativo-especializado con acciones autorizadas y dirigidas por el Ministerio Público, como interceptaciones telefónicas, agentes encubiertos, vigilancias, seguimientos, análisis de inteligencia antidrogas, análisis financiero, entre otros, determinó la forma de operar, métodos de ocultamiento, forma de distribución de drogas, forma de envío de dinero, funciones de los integrantes como planificación, coordinación, distribución, seguridad y transporte.
Es así que un trabajo planificado y coordinado se ejecutó una operación policial antidrogas entre los días lunes 02 y jueves 05 de agosto 2021, que permitió la incautación de un conteiner que transportaba la marihuana del tipo Creepy producida en México mezclada con carga de maceteros de artesanía típica de México.
Posteriormente se realizó la entrega controlada e ingreso a tres inmuebles de los investigados en las comunas de Independencia, Pudahuel y Santiago.
En total la droga decomisada corresponde a 1 tonelada 109 kilos 920 gramos de Marihuana Creepy que sería de elaboración mexicana con un avalúo de 21 millones de dólares.
Además se le incautó a esta organización criminal internacional $ 49.923.210 en dinero en efectivo y US $10.000 dólares, también en efectivo.
-01 pistola fogueo, calibre 4.5 mm, marca “HK”, con 01 cargador;
–01 pistola fogueo, calibre 4.5 mm, marca “SIGPRO”, con 01 cargador;
-01 pistola fogueo marca “WALTHER”, calibre 9 mm, con 11 cartuchos y 01 cargador.
Junto con la evidencia material se incautó abundante documentación financiera que determinaron transacciones internacionales a través de “compañía de servicios de mercado de giros, encomienda y envió de divisas al extranjero” con destino México y otros países, todo lo cual está en análisis.
También se detectaron 26 máquinas recreativas de azar tipo tragamonedas utilizadas para lavar dinero
Por disposición de la Fiscalía Local de Valparaíso 9 detenidos quedaron en Prisión Preventiva.
El General Director de Carabineros Ricardo Yañez Reveco, al respecto dijo “destacar el trabajo interinstitucional que hay detrás de esta operación, dirigido por el Ministerio Público, que da cuenta de la misión y de los objetivos que nos hemos planteado a través del Plan Frontera Segura y que hoy da como resultado la incautación de más de una tonelada de droga”.
Acotó que las instituciones encargadas de la seguridad pública, particularmente, como Carabineros, a la fecha ha incautado más de 17 toneladas de droga. 2.500 intervenciones en los diferentes barrios de nuestro país.
