Bienes Nacionales dispone de 325 inmuebles para la reactivación económica y Atacama queda segundo con más hectáreas disponibles para proyectos

*La mayor cantidad de proyectos se concentra en Antofagasta y Atacama, región que ostenta el segundo lugar a nivel nacional, con la mayor cantidad de hectáreas disponibles para proyectos.

El Ministro de Bienes Nacionales, Julio Isamit, presentó el Plan de Licitaciones 2021, que contempla 325 terrenos a nivel nacional, un 41% más que el año pasado. El programa, que es el más ambicioso en la historia de la cartera, busca tener un rol primordial en la reactivación económica impulsando la generación de empleo y la recaudación por parte del Estado.

“En total, hablamos de 32.062 hectáreas, las cuales serán puestas a disposición de proyectos en pro de la reactivación económica y el progreso de las regiones. Sin lugar a dudas, nuestro Gobierno busca comprometer la inversión, generando empleo y buscando aumentar la recaudación fiscal en UF 1.871.341 dentro de los próximos 12 meses, y UF 10.422.643 para los próximos 40 años. En todo esto, Atacama jugará un rol fundamental, incluso por sobre las demás regiones”, indicó el Seremi de Bienes Nacionales de Atacama, Pablo Cantellano.

En efecto, la mayor cantidad de proyectos se concentra en la macrozona norte, la Región de Antofagasta (21.304 hectáreas y 76 inmuebles) y en la Región de Atacama (3.036 hectáreas y 50 inmuebles). Les siguen, Tarapacá (2.678 hectáreas y 54 inmuebles) Arica y Parinacota (2.292 hectáreas y 46 inmuebles).
“No queremos sitios eriazos, buscamos que terrenos con buenas condiciones se conviertan en polos de energía renovable, grandes destinos turísticos o en proyectos habitacionales. Para eso, este año pusimos a disposición 325 inmuebles a lo largo de todo el país”, explicó el Ministro Julio Isamit.

El secretario de Estado agregó que: “El plan se sostiene bajos tres ejes principalmente: la integración social, la reactivación económica y el progreso de las regiones, dado que el 65% de los ingresos generados por ventas y concesiones van a los gobiernos regionales. Esta nueva priorización considera gestión de terrenos tanto en sectores industrializados como en localidades emergentes y con alto potencial. Queremos que terrenos bien ubicados se conviertan en buenos proyectos para los chilenos y las ciudades”, resaltó el Ministro.

Con ello se busca promover la inversión en seis sectores productivos de acuerdo con las vocaciones de uso que presenta cada terreno: 35 inmuebles para habitacional-comercial, 36 para el área agrícola, 51 para inmobiliario-equipamiento, 54 terrenos para turismo, conservación y patrimonio, 65 para energía y 84 para proyectos industriales en todo el país.

Bienes Nacionales ha dispuesto un portal de licitaciones (licitaciones.bienes.cl), que ya tiene cerca de 1,5 millones de visitas, y además, para que sea aún más fácil visibilizar todos los terrenos disponibles, se creó un Visor Territorial con toda la información. Esto, con el objetivo de avanzar en transparencia y entregar la mayor cantidad de información posible a la ciudadanía.
