Allanamientos arrojan tres detenidos en Vallenar por infracción a la Ley de Drogas

Funcionarios de O.S.7 Atacama de Carabineros en su permanente lucha contra la comercialización de drogas en las diferentes poblaciones de Vallenar, realizó tres allanamientos que dejaron como resultado  la detención de tres personas adultas y la incautación de marihuana y clonazepam, drogas que eran comercializadas entre adictos de esa comuna.

LOS OPERATIVOS:

El primer operativo se llevó a efecto en el sector de Calle Juan XXIII en la población Balmaceda, lugar en el cual y luego de reunir los medios de prueba suficientes, se detuvo a una mujer identificada con las iniciales M.P.R.O., de 23 años de edad, quien al momento de su aprehensión portaba la cantidad 22 comprimidos de clonazepam, los cuales vendía en la calle. Durante el allanamiento además se encontró en el dormitorio del domicilio la cantidad de otros 30  comprimidos de este fármaco perteneciente al grupo de las benzodiazepinas que actúa sobre el sistema nervioso central, con propiedades ansiolíticas, anticonvulsionantes, miorrelajantes, sedantes, hipnóticas y estabilizadoras del estado de ánimo.

En tanto que el segundo operativo también en población Balmaceda, consideró un domicilio ubicado en Avda. Paraguay, lugar en el cual el imputado identificado como J.A.L.L., de 26 años de edad, se dedicaba a la venta de marihuana. Sustancia ilícita que al momento del allanamiento del inmueble se encontraba dosificada y otra en proceso de secado, para su posterior distribución, incautando además dinero en efectivo producto de las ventas.

El tercer operativo tuvo lugar en Calle Sargento Aldea, sector centro de Vallenar. Allí se detuvo a un sujeto identificado con las iniciales J.E.F.T., de 20 años de edad, el cual luego de contar con los medios de prueba suficiente, que fueron presentados a la Fiscalía Local de Vallenar, se procedió a la detención, logrando al momento del allanamiento, incautar marihuana prensada, entre otros elementos.

LLAMADO:

Estos operativos, dijo el Jefe de la Sección OS-7 Atacama, capitán Eugenio Olea, están orientados  a identificar y sacar de los barrios y poblaciones de Vallenar a diferentes personas que hacen del microtráfico de sustancias ilícitas un lucrativo negocio, sin importarles los graves daños que generan tanto a los consumidores como a los vecinos, quienes son los principales afectados por el accionar de estos antisociales. Por tal motivo el llamado de Carabineros del O.S.7 Atacama es a denunciar a estas personas al fono drogas 135, denuncia anónima que se puede hacer durante las 24 horas del día.
