Abren concurso de Artes Escénicas Itinerantes Regionales hasta 7 de septiembre

El programa financiará proyectos de circulación regional de obras, ya producidas y estrenadas con público, las cuales difundan el trabajo de artistas y agrupaciones comunales, acercando lo mejor de estas disciplinas a los rincones más alejados del país.

El Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, abrió la convocatoria 2020 del programa de Artes Escénicas Itinerantes Regionales con el objetivo central de acortar las brechas territoriales y enfocarse en cada región del país para apoyar la circulación de obras con énfasis en las compañías locales. Las postulaciones estarán abiertas hasta el próximo 7 de septiembre.

La ministra de las Culturas, Consuelo Valdés, mediante la nueva Secretaría Ejecutiva de las Artes Escénicas, hizo la invitación a las agrupaciones comunales, las cuales deberán contener al menos dos, tres o cinco obras ya producidas de distintas disciplinas de las Artes Escénicas, estrenadas con público y que difundan el trabajo de destacados artistas o compañías. Podrán hacerlo en formato digital, presencial o ambos.

“Queremos al teatro, la danza, el circo, la narración oral, los títeres y la ópera representados en esta convocatoria, en todas las combinaciones posibles. Con la asignación de montos por región y la diversificación de las disciplinas de artes escénicas que pueden estar presentes en los proyectos postulados, buscamos fomentar la empleabilidad y la asociatividad entre las propias compañías, contribuyendo así con uno de los sectores más afectados por la pandemia”, comentó.

El propósito es acercar lo mejor de las artes escénicas nacionales a los rincones más alejados del país y por ello la convocatoria considera el valor para cada una de las 16 regiones, donde las propuestas presentadas

Cada región asociada a su monto tiene un mínimo de disciplinas y un mínimo de funciones (7, 10 y 15 según la región y el monto). A través de esta convocatoria se seleccionará sólo una postulación por región y todas las funciones deberán ser gratuitas y públicas.

El presupuesto por región es de $17.500.000 para 12 de las 16 regiones en las que están Arica y Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Coquimbo, O’Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, Araucanía, Los Ríos, Aysén, Magallanes.
