Barack Obama se sumó a los lamentos por la trágica muerte de Kobe Bryant
El ex presidente de Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, se sumó al luto por la trágica muerte de la leyenda de la NBA Kobe Bryant, su hija Gianna y otras siete personas, en un accidente de helicóptero ocurrido este domingo en Calabasas, California.
«Kobe era una leyenda en la cancha y recién comenzaba en lo que habría sido un segundo acto tan significativo. Perder a Gianna es aún más desgarrador para nosotros como padres. Michelle y yo enviamos amor y oraciones a Vanessa y a toda la familia Bryant en un día impensable», declaró.
Obama, en su período como mandatario, compartió con la Mamba Negra en 2010, cuando Los Angeles Lakers visitaron la Casa Blanca en Washington, como flamantes campeones de la NBA.
Además de Obama, la empresa fabricante del helicóptero siniestrado, Sikorsk, expresó sus condolencias por la tragedia.
«Extendemos nuestras más sinceras condolencias a todos los afectados por el accidente Sikorsky S-76B de hoy en Calabasas, California», señaló el comunicado oficial de la empresa.
