SLEP Atacama desarrolla estrategia comunicacional para informar puestos de trabajo disponibles en la zona
Docentes generalistas, auxiliares de aseo, docentes con especialidades, son solo algunos de los cargos que se requieren contratar con urgencia para las provincias de Chañaral y de Copiapó.
Con el objetivo de informar a la comunidad regional e incentivar la postulación a sus diferentes puestos de trabajo, el Servicio Local de Educación Pública (SLEP) de Atacama, inició un plan estratégico comunicacional para llegar con información precisa a la mayor cantidad de personas en el territorio.
Entre las iniciativas destacan alianzas con las O.M.I.L., de las diferentes municipalidades y con la Secretaría Regional Ministerial de Gobierno, para que a través de sus plataformas digitales apoyen con la difusión en las comunas de Tierra Amarilla, Caldera, Copiapó, Diego de Almagro y Chañaral.
El director ejecutivo (S) del SLEP de Atacama, Pedro Lagos Arancibia, precisó que «lo que estamos buscando son personas con vocación y espíritu de servicio público en la educación. Por esta razón, instamos a postular a los cargos que tenemos disponibles».
«Para las comunas de Diego de Almagro, Chañaral, Tierra Amarilla, Copiapó y Caldera necesitamos auxiliares de aseo, docentes generalistas y, además, docentes de especialidades. Por otra parte, ya está disponible también la postulación, vía internet, al cargo de Alta Dirección Pública de jefe o jefa de Administración y Finanzas de nuestro servicio local. Tú también puedes ser parte de la educación, instamos a compartir esta información, enviar curriculum y visitar nuestras oficinas. Quiero aprovechar la instancia para agradecer el apoyo y voluntad de los alcaldes, los municipios, la secretaría regional ministerial de Gobierno y a todos y todas quienes difunden y promueven esta información», agregó Lagos Arancibia.

2- Auxiliares de Aseo:

Requisitos: Estar en posesión de un título profesional de una carrera de, a lo menos, 8 semestres de duración, otorgado por una universidad o instituto profesional del Estado o reconocido por éste y acreditar una experiencia profesional no inferior a cinco años. Para el cómputo de la duración de la carrera que da origen al título profesional de pregrado, podrán sumarse los estudios de post grado realizados por el mismo candidato. Debe poseer experiencia en administración y gestión financiera y presupuestaria, en un nivel adecuado para las necesidades específicas del cargo.
