Ministro Larraín: “Informe INDH nos obliga fortalecer nuestras instituciones”

El ministro de Justicia, Hernán Larraín, se refirió al informe dado a conocer por la Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos (INDH) que calificó como «graves y muy numerosas» las violaciones a los DDHH durante la crisis social.


El secretario de Estado destacó que el documento sirve para conocer qué se debe mejorar.

«Lo que han constatado estos instrumentos, lamentablemente, son muchas violaciones en un período delimitado de tempo que nos obliga a fortalecer nuestras instituciones», dijo el ministro.

«Yo valoro el trabajo que ha hecho el INDH, como la Defensoría de la Niñez y los organismos internacionales porque nos dan luz sobre el esfuerzo que tenemos que hacer para que nuestras instituciones mejoren. Hay que trabajar más para evitar que esto ocurra, los protocolos también, pero pareciera que no se aplican entera y debidamente», agregó.
