Sentencian a más de 7 años de prisión efectiva a imputado del delito de robo a vivienda en Vallenar

La Fiscalía de Atacama obtuvo una condena de cárcel en contra de un imputado a quien investigo por su responsabilidad en un delito de robo en lugar habitado, ilícito cometido en una vivienda de Vallenar.

ANTECEDENTES:

Los hechos materia de esta investigación fueron argumentados en audiencia de Juicio Oral por el fiscal adjunto de esta ciudad, Luis Zepeda Rodríguez, (en la imagen), quien en la acusación de este caso indicó que el delito ocurrió el día 24 de septiembre del año 2020 alrededor del mediodía, cuando el acusado, Franco Villegas Roco, ingresó a una casa ubicada en calle Victoria de esta ciudad.

“El acusado aplicó fuerza para concretar su ingreso, luego que diera golpes de pies a la puerta de la vivienda, consiguiendo romper la cerradura para luego, una vez en el interior del lugar, sustraer diversas especies para finalmente darse a la fuga”, indicó el fiscal.

De acuerdo a los antecedentes contenidos en la carpeta investigativa de este caso, el acusado fue detenido por personal de Carabineros cuando fue sorprendido en la vía pública llevando consigo los objetos robados desde la vivienda afectada.

A partir de estos hechos la Fiscalía Local de Vallenar dirigió la investigación y luego de reunir los distintos medios de prueba, llevó el caso ante el Tribunal Oral de Copiapó donde consiguió acreditar la responsabilidad penal del acusado por su participación consumada en calidad de autor del delito de robo en lugar habitado.

Finalmente Villegas Roco fue sentenciado a la pena de 7 años y 184 días de cárcel, sanción que deberá cumplida de manera efectiva en la cárcel de esta ciudad.
