Fiscalía realizó reconstitución de escena por delito de robo con homicidio en Vallenar

Fiscal jefe de esta comuna, Nicolás Zolezzi Briones, encabezó la diligencia como parte de una investigación que se realiza por un grave hecho ocurrido en abril del año pasado.


La Fiscalía de Atacama llevó a cabo una reconstitución de escena como parte de las diligencias investigativas que dirige por un delito de robo con homicidio ocurrido en abril del año pasado en Vallenar.
Hasta el lugar del hecho llegó el fiscal jefe de esta comuna, Nicolás Zolezzi Briones, quien dirigió dicha diligencia, acompañado de personal de la Brigada de Homicidios y Laboratorio de Criminalística de la PDI, con el fin de reconstituir la dinámica del ilícito en que perdió la vida una mujer que fue encontrada sin vida en el interior de su domicilio en la población Baquedano de esta ciudad. Hecho por el que fue detenido y formalizado un imputado, quien en esta reconstitución entregó su versión de lo ocurrido, además de responder los requerimientos del fiscal y funcionarios de la PDI para esclarecer lo ocurrido. Detenido que se mantiene en prisión preventiva.
“Realizar esta diligencia de reconstitución de escena respecto del hecho punible que se investiga en este caso, por lo pronto un delito de robo calificado con homicidio, forma parte de las facultades de la Fiscalía para instruir y realizar todas las diligencias investigativas destinadas a esclarecer el hecho y la responsabilidad criminal del único imputado, además de recabar los respectivos medios de prueba y conocer “in situ” para los intervinientes la dinámica del crimen. Más aún en este caso, ya que la víctima fue hallada en su domicilio y la detención del imputado se concretó pocas horas después en las inmediaciones del lugar como resultado de las diligencias ejecutadas por la PDI”, indicó el fiscal.
El persecutor indicó que la investigación seguirá su desarrollo bajo la dirección de la Fiscalía de Atacama, para que una vez cerrado el plazo establecido por el Juzgado de Garantía, presentar la acusación en contra del detenido en que se conocerá la pena que se solicitará en el respectivo Juicio Oral de este caso.
