Hallan a menor sobre quien se tenía denuncia por presunta desgracia
Funcionarios Carabineros SEBV Atacama durante diligencias propias de la especialidad, en la Comuna de Copiapó, logró la ubicación del menor de edad, S.E.A.G., 11 años, quien mantenía encargo vigente por Presunta Desgracia, de fecha 26.10.2021 de la 2a Comisaría de Carabineros Copiapó.
El hecho ocurrió ayer miércoles, en un domicilio de calle Maipú de la capital regional.
Tras el hallazgo, se informó al Fiscal de Turno, quien instruyó, constatar las posibles lesiones del menor y posteriormente entregarlo a sus padres o adulto responsable, quien quedará a la espera de citación de parte de ese Ministerio Público
Momentos de gran alegría se vivieron en lo que que el reencuentro del menor con sus familiares.
