Falleció destacado dirigente de la discapacidad Carlos Munizaga Castillo
En Funeraria Candelaria se desarrolla el velatorio de quien en vida fuera el destacado dirigente del mundo de la discapacidad, Carlos Munizaga Castillo (Q.E.P.D.).
Falleció a la edad de 84 años, era oriundo de Tierra Amarilla, casado y padre de 4 hijos.
El extinto tuvo una destacada y prolongada labor en pro de las personas con capacidades distintas, y su fallecimiento caló hondo en las diversas organizaciones con las que compartió y trabajó.
Es así que representantes de organizaciones indicaron su pesar por tan irreparable pérdida.
SENTIR:
Rosita Quevedo Bustamante, presidenta de la Mesa Regional de la Discapacidad, señaló su pesar por el deceso de Don Carlos. “Es una Lamentable pérdida, fue un gran líder y siempre dispuesto a entregar sus conocimientos en ayuda a la discapacidad, en paz descanse Don Carlos”.
Agregó que “la Mesa Regional de Discapacidad lamenta la partida tan inesperada y extrañará mucho a don Carlos Munizaga Castillo quien fuera integrante de ella por 23 años. Como presidente de ACHIDIS, fue pionero en realizar las Olimpiadas de Discapacidad Regionales y posteriormente Encuentros Inclusivos Regionales, junto al Gobierno Regional donde postulaba a proyectos y el apoyo de la carrera de Educación Física de la UDA”.
La Agrupación de Personas en Situación de Discapacidad de Vallenar «ADIVA», indicó “damos las más sinceras condolencias a la familia de nuestro querido y recordado amigo don Carlos, una persona dedicada al servicio de las personas en situación de discapacidad. Servando campos presidente de Adiva Vallenar”.
A las condolencias se une la agrupación Down Sin Límites. Vallenar. “Comparte tan triste desenlace. Q.E.P.D. “
La organización Down 21 Caldera indica “nuestras condolencias a su familia Q. E. P. D brille para él la luz perpetua de Jesús”.
Descubre mi Mundo se une a las condolencias a la familia de don Carlos Munizaga, e indica “una gran persona y profesional, nos acompañó en algunas actividades con nuestros niños, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Que descanse en Paz”.
Por su parte, la Unión Comunal de Discapacidad de Copiapó “se adhiere al profundo dolor en la irreparable pérdida de quien fuera Carlos Munizaga Castillo, un hombre que siempre estuvo ligado a mantener viva la representatividad de las personas en situación de discapacidad en nuestra comuna y región, realizando innumerables actividades ligadas a este importante tema. Nuestras condolencias a sus familiares y amigos…descanse en paz Don Carlos …un abrazo al cielo”.
La Agrupación Los Girasoles, expresa que se adhiere a todas las muestras de dolor y pesar por el fallecimiento de don Carlos Munizaga Q.E.P. D., “gran líder y amigo, siempre al servicio de la Discapacidad, que Dios le reciba en sus brazos y le brinde a él descanso eterno y a su familia paz y consuelo”.
Las muestras de sentimiento, continúan con la Agrupación Adaes Caldera, que indica “enviamos nuestras condolencias a la familia, y un fuerte abrazo que dios les de consuelo en estos momentos”.
La Agrupación Apadhis Down envía condolencias a su familia, indicando: “Dios les entregue la paz y entendimiento en estos momentos difíciles de la Vida”.
La Agrupación de Discapacitados de Caldera (DISCAL) señaló que “se adhiere al profundo dolor en la irreparable pérdida de quién fuera Carlos Munizaga Castillo; quien siempre estuvo al servicio de las personas con discapacidad y con quienes en este camino tuvimos el honor de trabajar en las diferentes actividades, en nuestra comuna y en la región . Su lucha y su trabajo seguirá siendo representado por todos los dirigentes regionales…nuestras condolencias a sus familiares y amigos”.
Destacar además que Carlos Munizaga Castillo trabajó con mucho ahínco, fuerzas y entusiasmo en la Mesa Regional de Discapacidad como Presidente de Achidis. Fue uno de los primeros integrantes de la Mesa.
Por más de 20 años realizó y coordinó como Achidis, las Olimpiadas de Discapacidad y posteriormente los Encuentros Inclusivos junto al Gobierno Regional y UDA, eventos que gratamente cubríamos como medio de comunicación social.
En su importante labor social, mencionar que fue Consejero Regional de la Sociedad Civil de SENADIS.
