Mega Elección 2021: Delegados Electorales coinciden en lenta llegada de electores y falta de vocales en varias mesas
Bajo un cielo cubierto y viento frío, al igual que muchos electores tempraneros, iniciamos el recorrido de Diario Chañarcillo por algunos locales de votación, además de verificar el funcionamiento de las mesas en el local que nos correspondía emitir el sufragio. De tal manera que una vez cumplido ese deber cívico, nos dirigimos hacia el sector salida norte de Copiapó, llegando en primera instancia hasta la Escuela Técnica Profesional y tras el cometido con el Delegado Electoral continuamos hasta la Escuela Abraham Sepúlveda.
En forma coincidente ambos Delegados, Rodrigo Olmos Perea, en el ETP y Allison Vergara Tapia en la Abraham Sepúlveda nos señalaron que pese a estar constituidas las mesas desde tempranas horas, la primera a las 7:40 horas, la concurrencia de electores fue muy lenta y “recién a esta hora cuando son las 12:45 se está notando una mayor afluencia de votantes y lo atribuyo a que ha subido un poco la temperatura y ya tenemos sol”, indicó Olmos Perea.
Similar impresión nos dio a conocer Allison Vergara manifestando “a las 8:40 ya teníamos constituidas las 25 mesas en este local con escasos electores presente en las primeras horas y esperando que en horas de la tarde llegue más gente a votar”. Otro detalle, no menor, manifestados por ambos Delegados fue el hecho que en los locales varias mesas estaban funcionado con solamente tres vocales, “debiendo en algunos casos recurrir a vocales de otras mesas, hasta un mínimo de tres, para su instalación definitiva e inicio de funcionamiento, no siendo necesaria en esta ocasión solicitar a electores que se quedasen en sus mesas como vocales”, subrayó Allison Vergara.
Opinión similar había manifestado Rodrigo Olmos “donde debimos completar algunas mesas con tres vocales, pero situación que en algún momento fue facilitada por la concurrencia de una joven que llegó voluntariamente a ofrecerse para cumplir como vocal si era necesario y en ningún momento fue necesario recurrir a la fuerza pública para conformar mesas”.
Cerca de las 13:30 horas, al momento ya de retirarnos del último local de votación, nos llamó la atención grupos de personas que en lo que podríamos llamar el lado B en ese local, ocupando las instalaciones en los patios del colegio estaban en amenas conversaciones y bromas, consumiendo su colación, dado que su jornada se extendía hasta las 18:00 horas al menos, precisando que eran apoderadas de algunos candidatos. Igualmente a esa hora era un continuo ingresas de personas, de ambos sexos, que concurrían a dejar los almuerzos para familiares que estaban cono vocales de mesa, eso al momento de cerrar el recorrido por estos dos locales de votación.
