Tercer retiro de 10% al Tribunal Constitucional: Gobierno oficializa ingreso de requerimiento para frenar proyecto
El Gobierno presentó este martes un requerimiento de inconstitucionalidad ante el Tribunal Constitucional, para bloquear el proyecto presentado por varios diputados, que permite un tercer retiro de los fondos de pensiones que administran las AFP.
El anuncio fue dado por el ministro secretario general de la Presidencia, Juan José Ossa, quien confirmó el ingreso del requerimiento, luego de semanas de advertir que irían a esta instancia.
“Es nuestro deber velar porque las reglas que actualmente nos rigen sean respetadas, por eso presentaremos un requerimiento al Tribunal Constitucional, en relación a este proyecto, que nos asiste la convicción atenta contra la calidad de vida de los chilenos, en esa etapa, que es la más importante de sus vidas, que es la vejez”, expresó Ossa.
Ante las consultas por una posible acusación constitucional en contra del presidente Sebastián Piñera, por acudir al TC para bloquear el tercer retiro, Ossa aseguró que se debe cuestionar por qué se siguen reformas inconstitucionales.
“Tenemos que preguntarnos por qué se están siguiendo reformas inconstitucionales y no preguntarnos por qué cumplimos como gobierno el deber de recurrir al TC”, comentó.
El anuncio fue hecho en el Palacio de La Moneda, con una vocería hecha por Ossa, acompañado del ministro del Interior, Rodrigo Delgado y el vocero de Gobierno, Jaime Bellolio, pero sin la presencia de Piñera.
El documento ingresado por el Gobierno, cuenta de 142 páginas, donde señala que de “aprobarse una reforma como la propuesta, se constataría la existencia de dos Constituciones paralelas, con normativas que son contradictorias”.
