Bienes Nacionales recupera 7.6 hectáreas de borde costero tras nueva acción de desarme

Se trata de ocupaciones emplazadas en los sectores de Barranquilla y acceso a Islote Blanco, al sur de Barranquilla, ambos ubicados en la comuna de Caldera, requerimiento que fue solicitado a la Gobernación Provincial de Copiapó con fecha 03 y 05 de marzo respectivamente.

Mediante fiscalización previa efectuada por personal de Bienes Nacionales de Atacama, se determinó que en el sector de Islote Blanco, existía ocupación efectiva en propiedad fiscal, mediante colocación de cercos y cierres perimetrales en una superficie aproximada de 76.000 m2, esto es, 7.6 hectáreas, ocupación que habría sido planificada por un grupo de vecinos compuesta por alrededor de 100 familias, lo cual, se tradujo en la instalación de 100 cercos y mejoras precarias, las cuales no fueron catastradas por el vuelo dron de junio de 2018,  motivo por el cual, no  forman  parte  del Plan  de Normalización y Gestión del Borde Costero de Atacama.        

Adicionalmente, y gracias a denuncias realizadas  por terceros, se determinó la ocupación de diversos sectores del balneario de Barranquilla, los cuales también se asentaron con posterioridad al catastro dron, y al  margen de  los lotes que se encuentran  en  proceso de ser acogidos al Plan de Normalización, lugar donde se  constató la existencia de más cercos  y construcciones  precarias  en una superficie aproximada de 2000 m2, las cuales también fueron retiradas.                                               

“El Plan de acción para el Borde Costero de Atacama está en curso y tiene 3 lineamientos claves: un plan de venta directa a los ocupantes históricos, que comprarán el terreno donde viven a precios de mercado; la disposición de nuevos inmuebles a través de licitaciones públicas y transparentes; y el buen cuidado del terreno que nos pertenece a todos, a través de fiscalizaciones y desalojos de nuevas ocupaciones ilegales. Lo más importante, es que el terreno fiscal, nos pertenece a todos los chilenos y no puede ser tratado como tierra de nadie”, indicó el Ministro de Bienes Nacionales, Julio Isamit

Isamit destacó igualmente que “hoy, se realizó un desarme de cercos en el sector de Islote Blanco, cerca de la Ocupación Costera de Barranquilla, y acá debemos ser tajantes, no vamos a tolerar nuevas ocupaciones ilegales, hemos realizado más de 140 fiscalizaciones y recuperado más de 160.000 metros cuadrados, sin contar esta acción”.

Por su parte, la Gobernadora de la Provincia de Copiapó, Paulina Bassaure, argumentó que “en la Región de Atacama, y en la Provincia de Copiapó, desde el inicio del Gobierno de Sebastián Piñera, esta Gobernación Provincial, ha desarrollado un trabajo coordinado y en conjunto con la Seremía de Bienes Nacionales de Atacama, en el sentido de resguardar el territorio fiscal, a objeto de colaborar activamente en la Planificación que el Ministerio ha desarrollado en el Borde Costero de nuestra provincia.  Durante la jornada se realizó el desarme de cercos en el sector de Islote Blanco, conforme lo solicitara la Seremía”.

Cabe indicar que actualmente Bienes Nacionales se encuentra trabajando en la planimetría que define los sectores de Barranquilla e Islote Blanco, sobre los cuales se ingresarán las solicitudes de venta directa y venta mediante concesión a través de propuesta pública. Esto, mediante la elaboración de un plano de subdivisión de predios rústicos que será ingresado y tramitado para su aprobación en el SAG.
