59 % de los chilenos quieren que los militares resguarden la infraestructura crítica
La encuesta publicada por Cadem este 29 de noviembre revela que los consultados quieren a los militares en la calle, pero sin Estado de Emergencia.

En la encuesta Movilizaciones Sociales que publicó Cadem este 29 de noviembre, se lee que al menos un 59 % de los 708 consultados en el país a través de llamadas telefónicas, quiere que los militares puedan proteger infraestructura crítica para el funcionamiento de la ciudad sin necesidad de declarar Estado de Emergencia.
Sin embargo, en el mismo ítem de percepciones sobre el control del orden público, 56 % sostiene estar en desacuerdo con que se vuelva a declarar estado de emergencia para hacer frente a los hechos de violencia, puesto que esto permite, entre otras cosas, que el Ejército salga a la calle y tome control del orden y seguridad pública.
Ya que 68 % de los ciudadanos que respondieron a las preguntas considera que, desde el inicio de las protestas, en octubre, los hechos vandálicos han aumentado significativamente, 72 % de ellos piensa que lo correcto será “que se tenga mano dura contra quienes inciten o apliquen la violencia durante las manifestaciones”.
Las razones por las que los chilenos creen que las jornadas de violencia se mantienen en el contexto de las manifestaciones, son el descontento social (46 %) y el vandalismo, la delincuencia y los saqueos (20 %); también argumentan -en descenso- desacuerdo con acciones o medidas del Gobierno, violencia de Carabineros y las Fuerzas Armadas, el costo de la vida, bajos sueldos y la situación del empleo, la pobreza y la desigualdad, el abandono de la clase política, las bajas pensiones, la salud; entre otros.
Pese a todo lo que ha ocurrido en el país, para este 29 de noviembre 79 % de las personas estaba de acuerdo con seguir en las manifestaciones y marchas, ya que estiman (49 %) que volver a la normalidad demorará varios meses, puesto que algunos (38 %) lo consideran muy difícil, a pesar de que 58 % de los encuestados no ha participado en ninguna acción de carácter social.
Esto se debe, en parte, porque el 67 % de los ciudadanos ha visto afectada su rutina personal o familiar debido a que ha tenido que adaptar su jornada laboral (58 %) para poder alternar sus actividades diarias con las movilizaciones. Cabe destacar que la mayoría de los que sí han sido parte de las protestas o caceroleos son hombres (43%) jóvenes (62 %) de izquierda (66 %).
89 % coincide en que el cacerolazo es una buena forma de protesta o manifestación, 64 % apoyas las funas políticas y 58 % se inclinan por los paros o huelgas generales del sector público. Solo un 2 % avala los saqueos y robos a comercios.
Respecto al uso de la fuerza de Carabineros, todos los sectores políticos, que suman un 58 % de los consultados, aseguran que ha sido excesiva y abusiva; 18 % la considera proporcional a la violencia que se ve en las calles y otro 18 % ha sentido que los funcionarios son “blandos” con los violentistas.
Para solucionar la crisis que atraviesa el país los chilenos exigen que se mejoren las pensiones, se concreten cambios, se mejore la salud y el precio de remedios, que se escuche a la gente, que optimice la educación, que se cambie la Constitución y se hagan las reformas políticas respectivas, que aumenten los sueldos, se cambie al Gabinete, se reestablezca el orden público, se llame a elecciones, se logre la igualdad, baje el sueldo de parlamentarios y aumenten impuestos a los ricos.
