PDI recupera camión avaluado en 23 millones de pesos
Detectives de la Brigada Investigadora de Delitos Económicos (BRIDEC) de la PDI de Atacama, recuperaron un camión que fue denunciado por el delito de Apropiación Indebida.
En virtud a una investigación coordinada con la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, detectives de esta brigada especializada establecieron los hechos de una denuncia cursada por la víctima, en la cual indicaba que era propietario de un camión marca Dong Feng, modelo DF-1216 y que al sufrir desperfectos mecánicos, concurrió hasta un taller para que pudieran repararlo. Sin embargo, el camión se mantuvo en dicho taller, durante tres años, porque la víctima no tuvo el dinero para poder retirarlo.
El problema surgió cuando el propietario quiso retirar la especie desde el taller, en ese momento fue informado que debía cancelar el arreglo más 6 millones de pesos por concepto de bodegaje, debido al tiempo que estuvo el vehículo en dicho lugar. El propietario se negó a cancelar el cobro, por lo que cursó la denuncia respectiva.
Detectives realizaron indagatorias que permitieron, ubicar al imputado, quien reconoció mantener la especie en su poder manifestando que haría entrega inmediata del camión.
