Exitoso taller de Crossfit en Copiapó

Con gran éxito se desarrolló y culminó el taller Atacama Crossfit, organizado por «Spartan Deporte y Recreación» y que  fue financiado por el Instituto Nacional de la Juventud, INJUV, con sus fondos Participa 2020.

Es así que en la Villa Hochschild de Copiapó, la Directora del Injuv, Francisca Zárate, y el Seremi del Deporte, Guillermo Procuriza, compartieron con los jóvenes y los felicitaron por participar de este proyecto realizado en forma presencial y online, que tuvo como objetivo incentivar y promover la práctica deportiva, a través del crossfit, que es un método de entrenamiento basado en ejercicios constantemente variados, con movimientos funcionales ejecutados a alta intensidad.
