La tenista chilena Alexa Guarachi, fue nominada a los premios de la WTA en la categoría “mejor pareja del año” junto a la estadounidense Desirae Krawczyk, con quien alcanzó la final de Roland Garros.
Para efectos de adjudicarse dicho galardón, el binomio competirá con Kristina Mladenovic y Timea Babos (ganadoras del Abierto de Australia y del Gran Slam parisino), Nicole Melichar y Xu Yi-Fan (finalistas del US Open) y Barbora Strycova y Su-Wei Hsieh (finalistas en Australia).
