Invita a participar en encuesta para opinar sobre el sistema notarial
La Secretaría Regional Ministerial (Seremi) Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Margarita Contreras, invita a la comunidad a participar en la encuesta en línea sobre el proceso notarial y la reforma que actualmente impulsa el Gobierno. Explicó que a través de la plataforma Conecta Justicia https://n9.cl/btudr podrán opinar acerca del funcionamiento de las notarías y el Proyecto de Ley que modernizará su sistema.
El Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos lanzó una encuesta abierta para conocer sobre la experiencia de las personas y los inconvenientes que enfrentan, a fin de poder establecer mejoras más urgentes y avanzar en la digitalización. También se enfocarán en optimizar el rol que tendrán a futuro los fedatarios, entre otros aspectos.
Esta consulta en línea es la tercera etapa de diferentes acciones comunicacionales que ha hecho el Ministerio para resaltar la importancia de aprobar cuanto antes la Reforma al Sistema Notarial y Registral.
En una primera etapa, se liberaron seis videos a través de redes sociales, bajo el hashtag #NotaríasMásSimples; en una segunda etapa, se difundieron tres consultas callejeras, realizadas en el centro de Santiago.
Sobre la reforma la seremi dijo que “creemos que el proyecto de Notarías Más Simples tendrá un importante impacto en mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas; por ello hemos decidido abrir esta encuesta para poder saber qué aspectos son los más urgentes de abordar en relación a la reforma notarial durante su discusión en el Congreso”.
